chilling in Westport

Peter and I have been hanging out in Westport for a few days in a fantastic hostel (abbeywoodhouse.com) where we've had a 10 bed room all to ourselves except for one night. We heard some Irish music in Hoban's again, cooked two fantastic very cheap meals, did a bit of walking around and exploring, and tried to go to a lot of things that were closed. We're also both studying German because we got tickets to Germany on September 15th for 12 EUROS EACH!!!

Next stop: Cong (where they filmed The Quiet Man- it also has about 10 caves and ruins within walking distance of the town.)
